We're Still Here...

I haven't forgot about this blog, I have just been exhausted I guess you can say!  I'm hoping with the holidays coming up I will have more to blog about... A little news about my little Sis, she is transferring out of Key West **hopefully** and just MIGHT be moving to Chicago!! You don't know how EXCITED this makes me that its a possiblity.  It is SO hard to have a sibiling live that far away... Seeing her 4 times a year just isn't enough!!

Some of you are probably thinking why go from the above to the below, but the girl loves her some coats so I think she would adjust just fine.  And she will only be a few hours from home.

She is able to come home for Christmas this year, last year she was out at sea- and WOW talk about a hard Christmas, I don't know how people who have loved ones over sea do it!  Anyways, I will quit rambling and try to be a better blogger!!

Nothing going on

I haven't blogged in a week and there is a reason--- Nothing going on!! :)  I did enjoy a 3 day weekend, why can't every weekend be a 3 day-er?? Anyways Friday night we went out for dinner with Michael's parents and sister at the Country Club.  Saturday we stayed home and cheered on the Tide! :) They won, but it took them the whole first half to get their heads outta their asses!  Sunday we went to church and they had their annual service out at a timber with lots of fun stuff for kids to do.  After Church we came home and Michael watched football and I took naps on and off, lazy right? ha. Sunday evening we went and had dinner at his Moms'. Sunday night I went to my moms and watched Bridesmaids with her and my sister--GREAT movie, I suggest you see it if you haven't already. Monday, I did about what I did Sunday minus church and throw in a few loads of laundry. It was a very relaxing weekend, which that is all I seem to care to have these days.

Chill Weekend

This past weekend we really didn't do a whole lot.  Friday night we went to the PC football game mainly to watch my two favorite twin girls cheer!! And they did awesome- I will post some pics from that sometime this week.  Saturday morning Michael woke up not feeling the greatest, he managed to clean the windows while I scrubbed down the inside of the house.  By noon he was feeling pretty awful and was on the couch the rest of the day.  I made him some of these yummy things:

I ran to the store Saturday afternoon to get groceries and get Michael some cold meds.

We stayed in the rest of the night and cheered on our favorite football team, and they kicked some gator ass! :) I only made it until half time before I passed out on the couch.

Very relaxing/ lazy weekend for us.  We didn't end up going to church Sunday because Michael was still feeling pretty icky.  I made a quick trip to Bloomington with my mom Sunday to return a few things and of course I made the mistake of stopping at Von Maur and Express and well lets just say it would've been a very inexpensive trip if I hadn't of made those two stops!

Game Day

Sorry for not posting in a week, I have been exhausted.  All the festives last weekend kicked my butt, I was in bed by 8 almost every night this week! Anyways, on to the game, these are the pictures Michael took while there, he didn't get a ton because he was so in to the game.  He said the atmosphere was NUTS, it was sooo loud in there it was hurting his ears!  There was even one point the announcer came across the TV and said that it tends to get a 'little' loud at the stadium- ya think?  Here are the pictures:

Coach Sabin

Michael had taped the game so we re-watched a little every night last week!
Nothing better than some Alabama football.. Speaking of Bama football, did you see them kill the Gators last night?! I watched until half time and then fell asleep on the couch! oops! From what I saw in the first half it was a great game, then Michael said they pretty much just smoked them in the second half!! Have a fabulous Sunday, another day full of football at our house!
